Situated in the Diamond, at the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Donegal. The hotel boasts a central location and magnificent views over Donegal Bay, making it the perfect choice.  Relax and enjoy the comfortable bedrooms, delicious dishes in the restaurant and entertainment.  Unwind in the leisure centre which features a swimming pool, gym, steam room, jacuzzi and solarium. Day One

Depart from your selected joining point and travel to Donegal and the Central Hotel. Comfort stops will be made en-route.

Day Two

Experience the stunning beauty of Glenveagh National Park, with a visit to the captivating Glenveagh Castle and its immaculate gardens. Explore the romantic, castellated mansion, complete with original furnishings, and enjoy a leisurely stroll through the beautifully maintained gardens. Journey through the lovely fishing village of Killybegs to arrive at Glencolmcille Folk Village for a self-guided tour. Explore the Fisherman's Cottage and School House, where local history comes to life through fascinating artifacts and an audio-visual on Fr. McDyer. Don't miss the "Clocha na hÉireann" Stones of Ireland Map, a beautiful monument crafted by stonemasons from all 32 counties for the 1916 centenary. You'll also find a stunning sculpture commemorating St. Colmcille's 1500th birthday, inspired by the Book of Kells. Enjoy tea, scones, homemade soup, and other treats at the cozy tea house.

Day Three

The ancient town of Sligo is a great example of true Irish beauty. Explore great shopping opportunities and cosy cafes; or pop into a traditional Irish pub and enjoy the local 'craic'. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided tour at Belleek Pottery and behind the scenes access of the manufacturing and creative process that goes into every piece of Belleek fine china, produced on site since 1857.

Day Four

Spend the day discovering picturesque Donegal town. Perhaps explore Donegal Castle, the ruined Abbey and abundance of shops; or just people watch and enjoy the 'craic' on The Diamond, Donegal's main square. You may wish to soak up beautiful scenery from the sea on the Donegal Bay Waterbus. The tour passes many local points of interest, including the Old Abbey and Seal Island.

Day Five

After breakfast you leave Donegal to start the journey home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
