Day One
Depart from your selected joining point and travel to the Bloomfield House Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa, near Mullingar. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
Day Two
Travel to picturesque Athlone, a vibrant and fascinating town with brightly painted houses, ancient pubs and characterful shops, in the heart of Ireland's Midlands. Explore Athlone Castle, which stands proudly overlooking the town and relive the wild passion of the Vikings on an interesting river cruise.
Day Three
Visit Belvedere House and Gardens, a stunning lakeside estate featuring charming follies, a walled garden, and scenic woodland trails. Mullingar offers many intriguing attractions, including the striking architecture of the Cathedral of Christ the King, the "Pilgrims" sculpture, and the local arts centre. The afternoon is free to explore.
Day Four
A day to the vibrant city of Dublin, known as the capital of 'The Craic'. There will be free time to explore this city, which is full of historic buildings, attractions including the Guinness Storehouse and the Gaol, and a range of shops and bars.
Day Five
After breakfast you start the journey home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
