Cairn Hotel, Harrogate (May)

 

A charming Victorian establishment known for its elegant architecture and warm hospitality. Guests can enjoy delicious meals in the restaurant and relax in the inviting bar area. The hotel is located near Harrogate's attractions, including the beautiful Valley Gardens and the famous Turkish Baths, making it an ideal base for exploring the town. Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate (July/October)

 

Located in the heart of historic Harrogate, this hotel offers exceptional accommodation overlooking 200 acres of the pristine Stray parkland. The property is a historical site in its own right, dating back to 1671. It is a short stroll away from some of the must-visit attractions in the town centre. Day One

Depart from your selected joining point and travel to Harrogate for your four nights stay. Comfort stops will be made en-route.

Day Two

The Yorkshire Dales, steeped in farming heritage, is famed for its iconic drystone walls, sweeping hills, and lush green valleys. Journey into the heart of this breathtaking landscape, passing charming villages and delightful towns. Pass Ripley, Pateley Bridge, Grassington and Aysgarth. Visit the delightful town of Hawes and stop for a photo opportunity near the famous Ribblehead Viaduct, before spending time in picturesque Settle.

Day Three

The ancient city of York has many must-see attractions including York Minster, The Shambles and the JORVIK Viking Centre. Its charming streets offer a mix of designer stores, independent shops, and boutiques; a shopper's paradise.

Day Four

Spend the free day discovering the sites of Harrogate. Stroll through stunning gardens, relax in historic Turkish baths, visit the Royal Pump Room Museum, savour world-class tea rooms and enjoy boutique shopping in the chic Montpellier Quarter. Harrogate is an idyllic retreat for relaxation and exploration.

Day Five

After breakfast you leave Harrogate and travel home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
